What this site is
meetups.ie is a free directory of recurring community groups, clubs and events in Ireland. We are not the organiser of anything listed here. Every group on this site is run by other people, and listing a group is not an endorsement of it.
Accuracy
Listings are compiled from public sources and from submissions, and details go out of date. Meeting times move, venues change, groups fold. Check the group's own page or contact them before travelling, particularly for anything with a cost or a booking attached. We make no guarantee that any detail on this site is current or correct.
Spotted something wrong? Tell us at info@meetups.ie and we will fix it.
Attending events
You attend anything listed here at your own risk and on the organiser's terms, not ours. Several categories on this site involve physical activity in the outdoors, including hillwalking and open water swimming. Judging whether an activity is suitable for you is your responsibility and the organiser's, not ours.
Submitting a listing
Submit a group only if you are involved in running it or have the organiser's agreement. By submitting, you confirm the details are accurate and that you are entitled to share them, and you give us permission to publish and edit them for length and house style.
We list groups that meet on a regular recurring schedule. We turn down one off events, purely commercial promotions dressed up as community groups, and anything discriminatory, unsafe or unlawful. We can decline or remove any listing at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.
Removing a listing
If you organise a group listed here and want it taken down or corrected, email info@meetups.ie and we will act on it.
Content and reuse
The design, written copy and the compiled directory are ours. Individual group names, logos and descriptions belong to the groups themselves. Do not scrape or bulk copy the directory to republish it. Linking to any page here is welcome and always will be.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from acting on information published here, or from anything that happens at an event you found through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland.
