Language Exchange Ireland
Ireland's biggest and most popular weekly language exchange meetup. Practice and improve English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and more with native speakers in a structured, friendly, and highly social setting.
When and where
Language Exchange Ireland meets every Monday at 6:30 PM. It meets at River Bar, D'Olier Street / The Well, Stephen's Green, Dublin City Centre, Co. Dublin.
Times and venues do move, particularly at the start of a new season and around bank holidays, so it is worth confirming the next date with the group before travelling.
What to expect
Language Exchange Ireland pairs people who want to practise a language with people who speak it. The usual format splits the evening so that each person spends part of the time in the language they are learning and part in the one they already speak.
Complete beginners are welcome and arriving alone is the norm, since the whole point is talking to people you have not met. There is no test and no level requirement.
There is usually no charge, and no need to prepare anything in advance.
Who it suits
Language learners at any level, and native speakers happy to help someone practise in exchange for the same.
