What to expect
Local Links is a community practice group rather than a commercial studio class. Sessions are generally quiet, structured and suitable for people with no experience.
Wear something you can sit comfortably in. Groups usually provide whatever you need to sit on, but it is worth asking whether to bring a mat.
Sessions are usually quiet and unhurried, and nobody will ask you to talk about yourself.
